The one thing i want to take away from Immaculee's talk was advice she was given from her father. She said he always told her no to put people into boxes based on something they were, stood for or even acted upon. No matter what a person was or did, they did not deserve to be sorted and put into certain boxes, because this creates prejudices.

Great! I am really enjoying reading the responses to Ilibagiza's lecture because it is reminding me of how many good points she made. I had forgotten about not putting people into boxes, but you're right, this is really important. Thank you.
